Whilst Kenkay Pharmaceuticals continues to market its Sorbolene range, management is committed to the challenge of developing products to meet demand resulting from environmental and lifestyle changes.

Established in 1983, Kenkay Pharmaceuticals is a leading Manufacturer and supplier of quality pharmaceutical products and services. Operating from modern manufacturing premises located in Smeaton Grange, in South West Sydney, the company produces and markets three major brands namely, Kenkay, Heritage and Telsa.

Management maintains its formal quality system as prescribed by the TGA code of Good Manufacturing Practice for all manufacturers of therapeutic goods. All necessary resources are allocated to ensure consistently high product quality so that the company retains its TGA accreditation.

All Kenkay products, whether therapeutic or cosmetic, are processed in our TGA licensed facility.

Primary Function

Kenkay specialises in the development, manufacture and marketing of premium cosmetic and Healthcare products as well as providing a full range of contract manufacturing services to local and international clients.

Manufacturing capabilities include liquids, creams, lotions, gels, sunscreens, balms, pastes, ointments and hair care products as well as full formulation development, stability testing and product registrations.

Quality Assurance Function

Quality Assurance is the totality of measures taken to ensure that the finished product meets the customers expectations and conforms to technical specifications.

The company's Quality Assurance system is based on a number of initiatives and controls affecting all aspects of the Operation. As a manufacturer of therapeutic goods, Kenkay Pharmaceuticals has adopted the operational practices and standards prescribed by the CODE of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). Cosmetic (non-therapeutic) products are manufactured in accordance with the same stringent standards applying to therapeutic goods thus ensuring a consistent approach to product quality throughout the organisation.
